Commercial Lines Account Manager

This person could work from either Kennesaw, GA, Birmingham, AL or Montgomery, AL

This is full-time position with benefits.

This person will work closely with producers providing support in maintaining, expanding and servicing our Commercial Lines insurance clients.

• Day to day managing of external clients as assigned delivering high-quality and efficient service
• Handle renewals including, but not limited to, preparing applications, resolving issues and
• Quote/bind coverage as needed
• Meet with clients as needed
• Issue and process various insurance documents including Certificates of Insurance, Evidence of Property coverage, Auto , policy change requests, invoices and finance contracts
• Handle all internal and external correspondence relating to assigned accounts
• Enter, manage and track all account activity of our Agency Management System (Applied/EPIC)

• Must hold a State Department of Insurance Agent's license
• Must have 3+ years experience managing a book of commercial lines insurance clients
• Must be dependable and work with a high level of integrity and professionalism
• Experience working with Agency Management Systems, Applied/EPIC would be a big plus
