Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure that building interiors and exteriors meet standards for safety, cleanliness, and functionality. You will handle work orders, perform make-readies, manage inventories, and support preventative maintenance across a 300-unit garden property.
Expect a schedule Monday–Friday with on-call rotation, standing up to 25 lbs, occasional travel to assist other properties, and a compensation package including base hourly pay with bonus
