Position DescriptionYour top priority is to lead the project team and processes result in client satisfaction and profitability.
- Driving project execution, from start up to close out.
- Managing junior project managers, field teams, and clients over a project’s lifecycle.
- Managing financial processes to predict, analyze, and communicate key metrics/results.
- Providing project accountability to drive process consistency aligned with Harmon's best practices.
- Demonstration technical acuity to intercept potential issues and teach others to take action to mitigate loss.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent industry experience.
- 9-16 years experience in project management or a related field
- Technical acuity applicable to the curtain wall business
- Curtain wall industry experience required.
