Position Description

Your top priority is to lead the project team and processes result in client satisfaction and profitability.

  • Driving project execution, from start up to close out.
  • Managing junior project managers, field teams, and clients over a project’s lifecycle.
  • Managing financial processes to predict, analyze, and communicate key metrics/results.
  • Providing project accountability to drive process consistency aligned with Harmon's best practices.
  • Demonstration technical acuity to intercept potential issues and teach others to take action to mitigate loss.
Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent industry experience.
  • 9-16 years experience in project management or a related field
  • Technical acuity applicable to the curtain wall business
  • Curtain wall industry experience required.
