Assigned to: Technical Department
ResponsibilitiesThis is a hands-on, in-house technical role with a strong focus on execution, reliability, and operational excellence.
- Manage and process Return Goods Authorizations (RGAs)
- Perform equipment repairs, disassembly, cleaning, and reassembly
- Carry out electrical and mechanical service tasks on dispensing equipment
- Build and assemble new dispensing equipment and prepare units for shipment
- Support service cases and provide technical assistance to internal teams
- Collaborate with colleagues in Germany for technical support and spare parts coordination
- Maintain 5S-organized work area
Education requirements:
Associate degree, technical certification, or equivalent hands-on experience in mechatronics, electrical, or mechanical service/assembly preferred.
Skills and personality traits:
- Hands-on, detail-oriented, and organized
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to troubleshoot mechatronic, mechanical, and electrical issues
- Self-starter, able to work independently under guidance of team leads
- Flexible, team-oriented, and professional in daily tasks
Ability to read technical drawings and wiring diagrams
LocationWork Schedule:
The position involves a standard 40-hour work week. The role is primarily office/lab-based with minimal travel.
