We are looking for a servant leader who can earn trust, develop people, implement processes, and help scale a unique manufacturing operation while preserving the culture that makes Iron Age special.
At Iron Age Office, we design and manufacture handcrafted commercial furniture entirely under one roof in our 80,000-square-foot production facility in Kennesaw, Georgia. We have built a passionate team, a loyal customer base, and a reputation for quality craftsmanship that continues to fuel our growth.
If you are humble, hungry, smart, and energized by developing teams while improving operations, we'd love to talk with you.
What You'll DoAs Director of Operations, you will serve as the operational leader responsible for turning vision into execution while helping our teams perform at their highest level. You’ll work directly with the CEO and lead key production departments across the organization.

- Partner closely with the CEO to support continued company growth and operational scalability.

- Create systems and processes that help the company scale efficiently.
- Maintain the collaborative, high-retention culture that has made Iron Age successful.
- Help drive the company's growth toward and beyond its next revenue milestones.
- 5+ years of operations leadership experience in manufacturing, fabrication, woodworking, metalworking, millwork, or a related production environment.
