Weekend Shift Brake Press Operator with Materials Distribution Industry Leader / $25-$38 an hour depending on Experience / Excellent Benefits and Room for GrowthWe are seeking a skilled CNC Press Brake Operator to support a growing sheet metal fabrication operation. This role requires hands-on experience with AMADA and/or TRUMPF press brake equipment, along with the ability to produce high-quality parts with tight tolerances. The ideal candidate is confident in handling complex setups, understands multiple forming methods including air bending and bottom bending, and takes pride in producing accurate, consistent work.
You will play a key role in supporting production, new part development, and continuous improvement efforts on the shop floor.

Job Details
Set up, program, and operate CNC press brakes (AMADA and/or TRUMPF) Accurately process material according to work orders, prints, and customer specifications Perform complex, multi-bend forming operations, including air bending and bottom bending, for tight-tolerance parts Select, install, and align tooling; verify bend allowances, tonnage, and tooling compatibility prior to production Produce and validate first-article parts to ensure compliance with engineering drawings and GD&T requirements Troubleshoot forming, tooling, and programming issues to maintain quality and efficiency Support prototype and new part development, providing feedback on manufacturability Document program updates, tooling changes, and process improvements for traceability Perform in-process and final inspections using precision measurement tools and maintain accurate quality records Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and GD&T specifications Maintain press brake tooling, including cleaning, inspection, and basic upkeep Assist with routine machine maintenance and ensure equipment is operating safely Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Production teams to improve processes and resolve issues Support additional fabrication operations as needed
