Location: Kennesaw, GA

Pay Rate: $15.50 per hour

Schedule: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Shifts Available!

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a high-volume, fast-paced manufacturing or industrial environment preferred
  • Ability to consistently meet production goals
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Ability to read and follow written and verbal work instructions
  • Motivated, adaptable, and willing to learn multiple production functions
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Ability to consistently lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to grasp, reach, stoop, and inspect products for quality, including color verification
  • Ability to work holidays, weekends, and overtime as needed
Job Duties
  • Perform a variety of production tasks, including collation, labeling, verifying, binning, quality control, and shipping
  • Become proficient in at least three production functions
  • Verify product quality and ensure all work meets company standards
  • Prepare products for shipment while meeting customer service level agreements (SLAs)
  • Support shift supervisors and area leads with daily production activities
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Follow all company safety policies and manufacturing procedures
  • Assist in other production areas as needed to support operational goals
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
