About the Role

The Provider Lifecycle Marketing Lead owns the end-to-end provider journey, turning new prescribers into confident adopters and existing prescribers into long-term, multi-product advocates.

This role focuses on engagement, account-based marketing, education, and provider experience across our national network of pharmacies. You’ll work closely with Sales, Clinical, and Marketing Operations to create clear, relevant, timely touchpoints that help providers grow their practice and confidently prescribe personalized medications.

Job Activities and Responsibilities

What You’ll Lead & Own

1. Provider Lifecycle Strategy
  • Architect and manage the full provider journey: onboarding → activation → engagement → retention → expansion.
  • Build multi-touch programs that help providers increase utilization of our pharmacy services over time.
  • Ensure providers always know what we offer, why it matters, and how to prescribe.
2. Education & Communication
  • Own how we market provider education content: newsletters, onboarding sequences, clinical refreshers, micro-learning, and operational updates.
  • Work with the VP of Marketing to translate product narratives into clear activation campaigns.
  • Partner with Clinical for accuracy, safety language, and nomenclature alignment.
  • Build nurture campaigns to amplify engagement with our digital education platform, Pharmacademy.
3. ABM & Segment-Based Campaigns
  • Build ABM programs tailored by specialty, volume, prescription pattern, and pharmacy affiliation.
  • Develop segmented outreach programs to support Sales teams.
  • Drive cross-sell campaigns based on prescribing behaviors and opportunities identified through data.
  • Create enablement content that helps Sales reps guide providers through adoption and expansion.
  • Partner with Marketing Ops to provide provider social media engagement, local activations, trade show strategy, and email strategy.
4. Sales Enablement
  • Create enablement content that helps Sales reps guide providers through adoption and expansion.

5. Insights & Performance
  • Track provider engagement, lifecycle health, and utilization trends across the network.
  • Use analytics to identify friction points, drop-off zones, and opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with Marketing Ops to integrate lifecycle metrics into dashboards.
What You Bring
  • 5–8+ years in B2B healthcare, provider marketing, or lifecycle marketing.
  • Strong understanding of provider behavior and care delivery workflows.
  • Deep experience building journeys, segment strategies, and communication programs.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly collaborative, cross-functional operator.
  • Data-driven with strong ability to translate insights into lifecycle improvements.
  • Experience with pharmacy compounding strongly preferred.
  • Experience with Hub Spot strongly preferred.
Physical Requirements
  • Proficient in using a computer and related equipment, including printers and fax machines.
  • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods.
  • Effective communication skills via telephone and email.
  • Capable of lifting up to 40 pounds as needed.
