- Coordinate hospice services to ensure high-quality care according to industry standards and company policies.
- Review and approve patient information submitted during visits.
- Facilitate communication among physicians, referral sources, patients, caregivers, and staff.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Current nursing license in the state of practice, or valid compact nursing license.
- A minimum of two years nursing experience, including one year in home health or hospice.
- Knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations governing home care operations.
- Basic technology skills, including mobile device operation.
- Previous management experience is a plus.
- Valid state driver’s license.
- Automobile liability insurance as required by law.
