Compensation:
The pay for this position is $74.87 per hour Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates Highlights:
This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs The required availability for this position is every Saturday (9:00a–5:30p) + every Sunday (9:00a–4:30p) + one weekday each week (weekday varies; can be flexible) Responsibilities:
Provide primary/family evidence-based care including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, health counseling, and disposition planning Perform routine exams, patient evaluations, and coordinate care plans as needed Support wellness services (health screenings, chronic condition management, behavioral health & wellness) Complete clinic administrative duties (open/close, inventory, patient follow-up, verify insurance/collect payment, maintain a clean environment) Requirements:
Prior primary care or urgent care experience required (do not apply without this) Minimum 1 year of recent primary care experience as a Nurse Practitioner (family medicine/primary care/urgent care) Active NP (or PA) license in good standing (no disciplinary history in the state of employment) Current BLS (AHA or ARC) and able to provide a copy upon offer acceptance Willingness to obtain multi-state licensures if required (May be required) DEA registration application during onboarding
