Center Supervisor

About the role

Every day, the donors you meet will motivate you. The high-quality plasma you collect will become life-changing medicines. You will report to the Center Manager and oversee the general management of employees assigned to the production areas.

• Oversee employee performance and scheduling
• Lead inventory control efforts and lead in operational efforts
• Work with donors to resolve concerns
• Analyze opportunities specific to non-conforming events
• Perform all tasks for medical history, phlebotomy, and sample processing areas
• Foster teamwork, communicate, and resolve conflicts

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and AED certification
• Frequent bending and reaching
• Ability to walk and stand for entire shift, frequent lifting to 32 pounds and occasional lifting to 50 pounds
• Fine motor coordination, depth perception, and ability to monitor equipment from a distance
• Because of potential exposure to blood borne pathogens, pro-longed glove wear is required

Hourly wage range: $22.80 - $31.35. Compensation may depend on qualifications, experience, skills, education, certifications, and location. U.S. based employees may receive short-term incentives and participate in medical, dental, vision insurance, 401(k) with company match, disability coverage, basic life insurance, tuition reimbursement, paid volunteer time off, holidays, and well-being benefits. Employees may receive up to 80 hours of sick time and up to 120 hours of paid vacation.
