Three Oaks Hospice is seeking a dedicated registered nurse to deliver skilled nursing care to patients in their homes across the Woodstock, Roswell, Holly Springs, Kennesaw and Acworth areas. You will coordinate with the interdisciplinary team, patients and families to provide compassionate end-of-life care.
Requirements include an RN license, CPR certification, and 2 years of clinical RN experience; a driver’s license and computer proficiency are also required.
