Empower Home Team is looking for a Licensed Real Estate Buyer’s Agent to work with a steady flow of pre-qualified, motivated buyer appointments. Thanks to our reverse-prospecting lead generation system and dedicated inside sales team, we generate 1,000+ buyer leads per week, all vetted and ready for appointments. These are hot, ready-to-go buyers, not cold leads — and we need agents to convert them into closed sales.

Responsibilities
  • Meet with motivated buyers and guide them through every step of the home-buying process
  • Maintain consistent communication and follow-up to ensure client satisfaction
  • Use CRM and lead-management systems to grow and manage your pipeline
  • Deliver exceptional client service that generates referrals and repeat business
  • Host team open houses; all leads from open houses are assigned to the hosting agent
  • Keep CRM, calendar, and appointments organized for maximum efficiency
  • Attend weekly Academy Sales Training and team meetings
Qualifications
  • Active Real Estate License (required)
  • Full-time availability and commitment to real estate sales
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and follow-up skills
  • Comfortable using technology and CRM systems
  • Self-motivated, coachable, and results-driven
  • Organized, with excellent time management skills
  • Positive, solutions-focused mindset
Compensation

$75,000 - $150,000+ commission based
