(Primary Location for Job Responsibilities) Our Kennesaw campus is located at 1000 Chastain Road NW, Kennesaw, GA 30144.
Our Marietta campus is located at 1100 South Marietta Parkway, Marietta, GA 30060.
Job SummaryProvides support for research projects in the assigned area. Assists in conducting experiments, managing lab operations.
This position is considered limited-term staff since it utilizes contingent funding, which is currently only secured through June 30, 2027. Employment thereafter will be conditional based on the continued availability of funding.
Responsibilities- Educational Requirements:
Bachelor s degree from an accredited institution of higher education in a field related to the position - Required Experience:
Prior laboratory research experience
- Preferred Educational
Qualifications:
An advanced degree from an accredited institution of higher education in a related field - Preferred Experience:
Previous experience within the area of study as designated by the addendum
ABILITIES
Able to handle multiple tasks or projects at one time meeting assigned deadlines
SKILLS
Excellent interpersonal, initiative, teamwork, problem solving, independent judgment, organization, communication (verbal and written), time management, project management and presentation skills
Proficient with computer applications and programs associated with the position (i.e. Microsoft Office suite, Graph Pad Prism)
Strong attention to detail and follow up skills
