Sets up and stock service stations with roll-ups, take out containers, condiments, and miscellaneous guest service supplies;
Pre-buss tables during meal service by removing dishes and items no longer being used to maintain well-groomed table tops;
Set/reset all tables per restaurants table top setup schematics and guidelines;
Carry dirty dishes, glassware and silverware to dish washing area and properly off-load and sort items to be cleaned.
