Assistant Store Manager

David's Bridal - Up to $29.92/hour -  - Responsibilities:
Lead and models a customer first culture across all roles.;
Manage active floor operations by assigning shifts, reviewing results, and providing feedback to maintain a five-star customer experience.;
Provide ongoing coaching and training to enhance selling skills, behaviors, and processes.;
Monitor store payroll to ensure hours do not exceed the monthly budget and manage timesheets.;
Oversee inventory management, special orders, receiving, layaway, repairs, and ensure first quality standards for all merchandise.
