PGA TOUR Superstore - - Responsibilities:
Engage with every Customer encountered and offer world class service by leveraging PGATSS Service behaviors.;
Seek out and engaging Customers throughout the Soft Goods areas (Men's and Women's Apparel, Juniors, Footwear, Clearance, and Fitting Rooms).;
Maintain a working knowledge of all Front-End operations such as returns, exchanges, gift cards, lesson redemptions, loyalty program awards, discounts, promotions, coupons, etc.;
Assist in keeping Soft Goods areas merchandise presence at a premiere stock and visual level to drive sales and the Customer experience.;
Ensure all Soft Goods areas, equipment, and supplies are always maintained and operational.
