Greet and engage customers in the Hard Goods areas (Simulators, Putting Green, Club Repair, and Accessories);
Maintain product and industry knowledge to assist customers with club fitting and product selection;
Conduct club comparisons to help customers judge performance differences between clubs;
Follow golf club fitting protocol to provide accurate and efficient fittings;
Operate Simulator and Launch Monitor technologies to provide fitting information for customer decision-making
