BUSINESS GROWTH ADVISOR
We’re looking for a high-performing Business Growth Advisor (BGA) to help scale our fintech lending platform. You’ll own the full sales cycle—from first conversation to funding—working with business owners to deliver fast, flexible capital solutions. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a consultative, metrics-driven sales environment and wants to grow with a high-velocity fintech.
RESPONSIBILITIES- Own the full end-to-end sales cycle, from inbound and outbound prospecting through close and funding.
- Educate prospects on lending products (term loans, lines of credit, asset-based lending, etc.) and tailor solutions to their cash-flow needs.
- Qualify leads using structured discovery frameworks (BANT, MEDDICC, or similar).
- Build, manage, and prioritize a robust sales pipeline while consistently achieving monthly and quarterly targets.
- Partner cross-functionally with marketing, credit, underwriting, and operations to ensure seamless deal execution.
- Negotiate deal terms and guide customers through documentation, underwriting, and onboarding.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date activity, pipeline, and forecasting data in Salesforce CRM.
- Continuously refine sales messaging and approach based on objections, win/loss analysis, and market feedback.
- 2–6+ years of closing experience in fintech, lending, financial services, or B2B SaaS.
- Proven track record of quota attainment in a high-volume or mid-market sales role.
- Strong understanding of business financials, including cash flow, revenue, debt, and credit.
- Confident, consultative communicator with the ability to earn trust quickly.
- Comfortable selling via phone, video, and digital channels.
- Highly organized with strong time management skills and consistent follow-through.
- Experience working in fast-paced, performance-driven environments.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience selling SMB or commercial lending products.
- Background in alternative lending, payments, or capital markets.
- Familiarity with underwriting or credit decisioning processes.
- Experience working inbound and outbound simultaneously.
