Job Summary

As an Account Executive – Unattended Payments, you will play a key role in expanding Castles Technology's presence within one of the fastest-growing segments of the payments industry. The unattended payments market encompasses a broad range of self-service applications, including vending, micro markets, kiosks, EV charging, parking, laundry, car wash, automated retail, gaming, and other unattended commerce environments.

This role is responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities while building strategic relationships across the unattended commerce ecosystem. You will work with operators, technology providers, payment partners, integrators, OEMs, and self-service solution providers to help organizations leverage Castles Technology's innovative payment solutions.

The ideal candidate is a consultative sales professional with a proven track record of developing new business, managing complex sales cycles, and consistently exceeding revenue goals within payments, fintech, hardware, SaaS, or related technology industries.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities within the unattended payments and unattended commerce markets.
  • Develop and execute strategic territory and account plans to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the unattended commerce ecosystem, including operators, technology partners, payment providers, integrators, OEMs, and self-service solution providers.
  • Prospect and engage potential customers through networking, referrals, outbound outreach, industry associations, trade shows, conferences, and other business development activities.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and solution discussions that effectively communicate the value of Castles Technology's products and services.
  • Develop proposals, pricing strategies, business cases, and contract negotiations to secure new business opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate opportunity tracking, pipeline management, and sales forecasting within the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with Product Management, Sales Engineering, Customer Success, Technical Support, and Operations teams to ensure successful customer onboarding and long-term account growth.
  • Monitor market trends, customer needs, competitive activity, and emerging technologies to identify growth opportunities and strengthen Castles Technology's market position.
  • Develop relationships and drive growth with both strategic partners and end-user organizations throughout the unattended commerce ecosystem.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed established sales quotas, revenue goals, and performance objectives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 5+ years of successful B2B sales experience within payments, fintech, technology, SaaS, hardware, or related industries.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and revenue objectives.
