Help us insure it - Tokio Marine HCC is a global industry-leading specialty insurance group, backed by the strength and stability of the Tokio Marine Group. This is a hybrid role located onsite in Minnetonka, Minnesota.
Role OverviewUnder supervision, responsible for all aspects of corporate sales and analysis both internally and externally. The position combines sales support and analysis regionally and nationally, reporting to the Growth Officer.
Key Responsibilities- Work with the Growth Officer and regional sales to develop relationships with National Producers.
- Participate in business analysis, project teams, or individual meetings with management, preparing discussion topics and presenting information professionally.
- Coordinate inquiries and RFPs from producer level.
- Provide data analysis, validation, and report development.
- Select appropriate business‑analysis approach.
- Organize and synthesize information from customers, vendors, and the market.
- Demonstrate creative thinking, decision making, and problem‑solving skills.
- Create sales brochures and Power Points for regional and national use, working with producers.
- Support the marketing department when needed.
- 4‑year bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent education and experience.
- Minimum 2 years of sales and analysis experience.
- Experience working in a team environment, multitasking, and time‑management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creativity and ability to seek unconventional solutions to problems.
- Experience with Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent organization and priority‑assessment skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
- Attention to detail and a sense of urgency.
- Self‑starter who takes ownership and full accountability.
- Occasional travel up to 25% of the time.
- Overtime hours may be required.
- May be required to remain stationary for extended periods.
- May be required to move up to 10 pounds.
- Must be able to operate a computer and other devices.
- Close vision and ability to adjust focus to read a computer screen.

- $74,600 – $112,000, including geographic adjustments. The offered pay will be within this range based on location, qualifications, experience, education, and skill level.
