Route Service Representative Workweek

Job Description

Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Our representatives drive a truck along an established route to service and sell within an existing customer base. This is a physical, fast‑paced, indoor/outdoor position where the representative delivers and picks up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products and other facility service products.

• You are the face of Cintas to our customers and must work to build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively solve customer concerns.
• Grow our existing customer base by upselling and cross‑selling additional products and services.
• Negotiate service agreement renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.

• Active driver’s license.
• At least 21 years of age.
• Obtained a DOT medical certification.
• Provide documentation regarding previous employment.
• Qualified to drive a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs, meeting all Department of Transportation requirements.

• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position.
• High School diploma, GED or Military Service.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Self‑motivation and the drive to work in a teamwork‑focused environment.
• Positive attitude, ambition, organization and service spirit.
