Part Time Sales Lead

Role Description

The Part Time Sales Lead at Pandora is an on-site role based in Kennesaw, GA, focused on driving store sales while delivering an engaging customer experience. In this role, the Sales Lead supports daily store operations, actively assists customers on the sales floor, and promotes Pandora products and collections to meet and exceed sales targets. This position helps guide and motivate team members during shifts, supports onboarding and training activities, and reinforces company service standards and visual merchandising guidelines.

The Sales Lead contributes to maintaining an organized, safe, and inclusive store environment, handles basic opening and closing procedures as assigned, and collaborates with store management to execute promotions and initiatives. This is a part time role that requires flexibility in working hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage diverse customers and build lasting relationships.
• Candidates should possess Sales skills, including consultative selling and product knowledge, to drive revenue and meet store targets.
• Candidates should possess Sales Management and Training skills to support coaching, shift leadership, and team development.
• Previous retail or jewelry sales experience, especially in a branded or fashion environment, is highly beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site in Kennesaw, GA, with a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable time management, cash-handling accuracy, and basic computer/POS proficiency are preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred; additional education in business, fashion, or related fields is a plus.
