A Japanese component trading company is in search of a Sales Account person with approximately 2 years of experience in Kennesaw, GA. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing our client base, driving sales growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, experience working with Japanese companies, strong communication skills, and a passion for building long‑term relationships.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales goals and objectives.
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.
- Conduct regular client meetings, both in‑person and virtual, to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and resolve any client issues.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Travel approximately 25% of the time to meet with clients and attend industry events.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience in a sales role within a trading company.
- Experience in the components trading industry is preferred.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Self‑motivated and results‑oriented with a proactive approach to problem‑solving.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Experience working with Japanese companies is preferred.
