Knock doors to file a claim, then meet with homeowner to sign contracts and pick up checks, will also be project managing their own installs.

• Experienced roofing reps work flexible schedules, sourced via Outlook-integrated calendars and phone-first screenings, with 48-hour client feedback windows
• Knock pre-mapped neighborhoods daily, qualify homeowners, and book inspections
• Run the full discovery-to-close cycle on appointments you set or are assigned
• Coordinate with operations on inspection scheduling and install handoff
• Bring back field intel — objections, pricing pressure, competitor activity — to weekly team huddle

• Day 30:
  Through onboarding, first commission cleared, hitting daily activity targets
• Month 6:
  Producing in the middle of the band — about $84K annualized
• Year 1:
  Top quartile clears $300K+ and is in the conversation for team lead or closer roles

• Coachable. Sales experience is a plus but track record of grinding through anything counts more
• Clean cut, outgoing, having the ability to educate home owners rather than just selling them. Must know the insurance roof process and FAQ’s
• Comfortable being measured by output — activity, close rate, and earned commission
• Reliable transportation and comfort with daily field work in all weather

Upward. Mobility, as a newer company the potential to move into other roles such as salaried positions for sales manager, canvass manger, Operations manager is highly likely.
