• Respond promptly to customer inquiries set appointments for sales professionals
• Answer inquiries by clarifying desired information; researching, locating, and providing information
• Fulfills requests by clarifying desired information; forwarding requests
• Explain vehicle features and options
• Maintains call center database by entering information
• Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities
• Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
  
  Complete all Leads in compliance with set guidelines
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Must be authorized to work in the US
• Must have a valid Driver’s License with clean driving record
• Minimum of 18 years of age
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
