Inside Sales & Marketing Associate

Openwork is currently engaged in a search to find a driven and adaptable Inside Sales & Marketing Associate in Kennesaw, GA. In this dynamic, high-growth role, you will be responsible for building customer relationships, driving sales activity, creating engaging marketing content, and supporting operations in a fast-paced environment.

• Connecting with new and existing sales accounts via cold calls, warm leads, email follow-up, and in-person interactions.
• Onboarding and activating new cabinet dealers, builders, contractors, and designers.
• Guiding customers through product ordering processes, programs, samples, and sales resources.
• Supporting independent sales representatives with quotes, order entry, and open project opportunities.
• Maintaining accurate customer data, pipeline records, and sales activity within the CRM system.
• Creating, scheduling, and managing engaging social media posts and digital marketing campaigns.
• Designing flyers, email graphics, promotional tools, and sales materials using web-based design platforms.
• Collaborating cross-functionally with Customer Service, Claims, and Operations to support sales growth and company goals.

• Entry-level experience or education in sales, customer service, marketing, or business administration.
• Strong communication skills and confidence making outbound phone calls and conducting email follow-ups.
• Hands-on experience creating social media content and designing digital marketing graphics.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, time management, and follow-through.
• Ability to quickly learn sales technology, including CRM platforms, order management, and ERP systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google productivity tools.
• Experience in wholesale distribution, building materials, construction, or cabinetry is a plus.
