Day Time Mon 01:00 PM – 09:00 PM, Tue 01:00 PM – 09:00 PM, Fri 09:00 AM – 05:00 PM, Sat 09:00 AM – 05:00 PM, Sun 09:00 AM – 05:00 PM

• Provide customer service to tenants, shoppers, and store personnel by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem‑solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with site contacts as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location, including common areas, entrances, exits, storefront corridors, and perimeter areas, helping to identify unusual activity and/or conditions that may need attention.
• Monitor access points and high‑traffic areas, assist with crowd and visitor management, and help to deter unauthorized activity, policy violations, and/or disruptions to daily operations.
• Support loss prevention awareness by observing and reporting suspicious behavior, assisting with incident response, and providing visible presence throughout the location.

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
