** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, front desk protocols, and assigned security-related duties at an industrial location.

+ Monitor access at the front desk by verifying visitor credentials, issuing passes, maintaining visitor logs, and communicating entry procedures to authorized personnel.

+ Answer phones, greet arrivals, and support reception-related tasks while helping to direct guests, deliveries, and contractors in a professional manner.

+ Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report details through appropriate site contacts and/or documentation methods.

+ Support badge checks, sign-in processes, and other security-related administrative activities that help to deter unauthorized access and/or policy violations.

* Minimum Requirements:

* + A minimum of 2 years of security-related experience is required.

+ Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.

+ Access control and badge experience is preferred.

+ CPR certification is preferred.

+ Customer service experience is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
