As a Security Officer Full Time Front Desk Visitor Screening in Kennesaw, GA
, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As a Front Desk Security Professional in a manufacturing and industrial location, you will welcome visitors, manage access credentials, monitor entry activity, and provide outstanding customer service. You will serve as a professional, approachable presence while helping to maintain a secure environment through clear communication and attention to detail.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel at a manufacturing and industrial location by carrying out site-specific procedures and security-related policies.
• Manage front-desk access by greeting visitors, verifying identification and authorization, issuing visitor credentials, and directing guests according to established procedures.
• Monitor entry activity, receive and route calls, maintain visitor and contractor logs, and communicate relevant information to appropriate site personnel.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following emergency response procedures and notifying appropriate contacts.
• Assist with maintaining an orderly reception area and report suspicious activity, policy concerns, and facility-related issues to Allied Universal supervision and/or site management.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 2 years of security-related experience is required.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
