Job Overview:
We are seeking a licensed High/Low Voltage Electrician to join one of our clients as they expand their commercial lighting offerings across Metro Atlanta. Key Responsibilities:
- Installation & Retrofits: Perform and oversee commercial lighting retrofits, upgrades, and new system installations per plan.
- Maintenance: Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain existing indoor and outdoor lighting systems.
- Technical Execution: Run and terminate low voltage (12V/24V) and line voltage (120V/277V) wiring.
- System Setup: Install conduit, junction boxes, drivers, transformers, and controls to code.
- Hardscape Work: Core/drill into hardscape and trench for fixture placement when necessary.
- Safety & Standards: Ensure all work meets safety and electrical standards while caring for company vehicles and tools.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Driving & Compliance: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and the ability to pass a background check.
- Commute: Reliable transportation to and from the Kennesaw office.
- Technical Proficiency: Ability to read lighting plans and wiring diagrams.
- Experience with LED retrofits, lighting upgrades, and code-compliant wiring.
- Comfortable working on lifts, ladders (up to 32’ extension), and in outdoor environments.
- Soft Skills: Professional communication with customers, property managers, and contractors.
- Strong problem-solving mindset and high attention to detail.
- Being bilingual (English/Spanish) is a significant plus.
