MAA Shiloh is seeking an Apartment Maintenance Technician to perform general maintenance and repairs across our property. You’ll diagnose and fix HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry tasks, and prepare homes for move-ins while following preventive maintenance schedules.
With 1–3 years of multifamily maintenance experience and EPA Type II or Universal certification, you’ll contribute to a safe, comfortable living environment and support our residents with timely service.
