In this role, you’ll put your expertise to work diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining residential HVAC systems—while also mentoring junior techs and delivering exceptional customer service. • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems (focus on heat pumps)
• Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and filter changes
• Communicate clearly with customers about repairs and recommendations
  
  Deliver top-tier customer service with professionalism and care
• Work closely with dispatch, parts, install, and management teams
• Maintain a clean, organized work vehicle and stock inventory as needed
• Accurately complete job-related paperwork and documentation
• Mentor junior technicians and participate in ongoing training

• 3+ years of hands‑on HVAC service, diagnosis, and repair experience
• EPA Certification required
• Strong mechanical and troubleshooting background
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Commitment to high‑quality workmanship and customer satisfaction
• Leadership experience or mentoring mindset is a big plus
• Experience with Service Titan software is a bonus
• NATE Certification a PLUS!

Must be willing to work TUES-SAT 9AM-6PM, 10AM-7PM or 11-8PM
