We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Leak Detection Specialist to join our residential home service team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for locating and diagnosing water service leaks in residential plumbing systems using advanced equipment and techniques. You’ll play a critical role in protecting our customers’ homes from water damage and ensuring peace of mind through expert service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough inspections to locate residential water service leaks using Sewerin leak detection equipment.
  • Maintain high lead percentage of sales opportunities to the plumbing sales team.
  • Diagnose underlying issues.
  • Communicate findings clearly to customers.
  • Maintain and care for specialized leak detection equipment.
  • Complete job documentation and reports accurately and on time.
  • Deliver top-notch customer service while upholding safety and company standards.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical training preferred.
  • Prior experience in plumbing, leak detection, or related field is required.
  • Nexstar Service Systems course completion preferred.
  • Mechanical aptitude and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Ability to maintain a clean background and driving record, and to pass drug screenings periodically throughout employment.
  • Physical ability to lift over 70 lbs and climb up and down a ladder on a regular basis.
  • Excitement and passion for home service.
  • Willingness to work occasional Saturdays.
  • Willingness to attend training and classes
  • Residency within 35 miles of any of our locations from Kennesaw to Roswell and Lawrenceville
