Field Service Technician, Digital Jetfire

• Perform mechanical and electrical troubleshooting and repair on Heidelberg Digital products, including Gallus One and Labelfire equipment.
• Provide maintenance, training, and support in warranty, charge service, and service contract situations.
• Work with qualified riggers to install new or used equipment generated by sales, and assist with equipment moves upon customer request.
• Conduct inspections, complete required documentation, and attach photographs.
• Complete all paperwork promptly, including expenses, timesheets, escalation reports, online training courses, and car maintenance records.

• Technical degree is a plus but not required.
• High School diploma or G.E.D. required.
• 5 to 10 years of field service experience or related work experience.
• Ability to work with minimum supervision.
• Strong customer‑relations personality.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Moderate PC skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft apps).
• Ability to travel with overnight hotel stays approximately 50% to 75% of the time.
• Willingness to follow strict safety guidelines.
• Ability to pass background and drug screening.
• Clean driving record; company car supplied.

Pay Range: $30 – $40 per hour
