The Maintenance Technician role is a full-time, on-site position based in Kennesaw, GA. This role is responsible for performing assigned maintenance tasks relative to our General Maintenance Division. Day-to-day tasks may include diagnosing issues, completing service requests, conducting inspections, performing preventive maintenance, and documenting work performed in work order system. The Maintenance Technician will respond to the maintenance requests, prioritize work based on urgency and safety, and coordinate with other team members to ensure minimal disruption to operations.
Job assignments will be in the metro-Atlanta area. This role also involves adhering to safety standards, maintaining tools and equipment in good working order, and communicating clearly with clients and colleagues to support high-quality service delivery.
- Strong skills in general maintenance & repairs across commercial property systems.
- Use of personal basic tools.
- Ability to perform effective troubleshooting to identify, diagnose, and resolve maintenance request.
- Background in industrial maintenance or similar environments supporting building systems and infrastructure is preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret work orders, manuals, diagrams, and safety procedures.
- Reliable time management, attention to detail, and commitment to safe work practices.
- High school diploma or equivalent and technical training or trade school education is preferred.
- Capacity to perform physical tasks such as lifting, climbing ladders, and working in a variety of environments.
- Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Applicant must pass drug and background screen and have a clean driving record to qualify for employment.
