MAA Milstead is seeking an Apartment Maintenance Technician to perform general maintenance and repairs on apartment homes and property facilities. You will diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and locks, and prepare units for move-in.
HVAC experience is required and EPA Type II or Universal certification is needed within 90 days of hire. A valid driver’s license is also required to operate company vehicles and respond to maintenance needs.
