The Lead HVAC Installer is responsible for completing residential system replacements, retrofit installations, and duct system modifications with precision and efficiency. This role requires strong technical knowledge, the ability to execute installations independently, and the professionalism to ensure every system performs at or above industry standards. The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, safety-conscious, and takes pride in delivering clean, high-end residential HVAC installations.

The ideal applicant must have strong, demonstrated experience with the following:

• Residential Retrofit Installations
• Ductwork Fabrication & Modifications
• High-End Residential Systems
• Installation Quality & Code Compliance
• Start-Up Procedures & System Verification
• Leadership & Jobsite Organization

• Complete premium-quality HVAC installations and retrofits

• Perform system start-up, testing, and commissioning

• Lead installation projects independently with minimal oversight

• Ensure ductwork modifications and upgrades meet performance standards

• Provide homeowners with clear system operation instructions

• Maintain an organized, well-stocked company vehicle

• Submit accurate and thorough documentation of completed work
