In this role, you ll put your expertise to work diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining residential HVAC systems while delivering exceptional customer service in our customers  homes. • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems (focus on heat pumps)
• Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and filter changes
• Communicate clearly with customers about repairs and recommendations
• Deliver top-tier customer service with professionalism and care
• Discuss products and services with customers comfortably
• Work closely with dispatch, parts, install, and management teams
• Maintain a clean, organized work vehicle and stock inventory as needed
• Accurately complete job-related paperwork and documentation
• Participate in ongoing training to grow and develop professionally

• 3+ years of hands-on residential HVAC service, diagnosis, and repair experience
• EPA Certification required
• Strong mechanical and troubleshooting background
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Commitment to high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction
• Valid driver s license with a clean driving record
• Experience with Service Titan software is a bonus
