Position Overview

In this role, you ll put your expertise to work diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining residential HVAC systems while delivering exceptional customer service in our customers  homes. What You ll Do
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems (focus on heat pumps)
  • Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and filter changes
  • Communicate clearly with customers about repairs and recommendations
  • Deliver top-tier customer service with professionalism and care
  • Discuss products and services with customers comfortably
  • Work closely with dispatch, parts, install, and management teams
  • Maintain a clean, organized work vehicle and stock inventory as needed
  • Accurately complete job-related paperwork and documentation
  • Participate in ongoing training to grow and develop professionally
What We re Looking For
  • 3+ years of hands-on residential HVAC service, diagnosis, and repair experience
  • EPA Certification required
  • Strong mechanical and troubleshooting background
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Commitment to high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction
  • Valid driver s license with a clean driving record
  • Experience with Service Titan software is a bonus

Must be able to pass a background check and drug tests prior to and throughout employment. Long-Term Employment Opportunity. EOE.
