We’re looking for a dependable Pool Maintenance Technician to manage an established weekly pool route. Pool maintenance experience is preferred, but we’re willing to train the right person with a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.

• Starting pay from $18/hour, based on experience
• Take-home company truck
• Established weekly maintenance route
• Local service area with minimal long-distance driving
• Local supply pickup in Kennesaw
• Mostly independent work with very little office time
• Paid vacation after a 90-day introductory period

• Clean and maintain residential swimming pools
• Test and balance pool water chemistry
• Keep your truck stocked, organized, and ready for each day
• Use our mobile app to document each visit
• Identify equipment issues and notify our service department when repairs are needed
• Provide friendly, dependable service to the same customers each week

This is a maintenance position—not a repair position. Your focus is keeping pools clean, balanced, and looking their best. Our service department handles major equipment repairs and diagnostics.

• Have pool maintenance experience, or are eager to learn and take pride in your work
• Have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Can lift up to 100 lbs.
• Show up on time and are dependable
