Field/Service Technician
The Field Service Engineer(FSE) will be responsible for meeting the daily, service, maintenance, and repair needs of the customer's equipment. Establish and maintain proper business relationships with customers and peers as well as performing necessary administrative duties as required and other duties as assigned. Customer Focus:

Independently takes initiative in diagnosing and owns the resolution of complex system issues. Functional/Technical Expertise:
System Commissioning:
Leads the installation, configuration, and optimization of Direct Digital Control (DDC) systems. Software Configuration:
Loads software, sets up trends, alarms, and reporting tools tailored to customer needs. Project Delivery:
Delivers turnkey solutions within a variety of project scope and complexity. Networking:
Applies expert-level knowledge of TCP/IP and wireless technologies to ensure reliable system communication and performance. System Integration:
Integrates diverse building automation platforms, ensuring seamless interoperability across systems and technologies. Training & Documentation:
Provides site-specific training and maintains project documentation. Accountabilities:
Lead field execution of building automation projects, ensuring systems meet design and performance specifications. Serve as the primary technical contact for field-related issues and escalations. Deliver effective solutions for complex system challenges with minimal supervision. Mentor and support junior field techs through hands-on training and guidance. Ensure all systems are properly installed, configured, and tested before handoff. Communicate project progress and technical details clearly to customers and internal teams.
Provide on-site training to building owners and operators. Maintain compliance with safety standards and company policies during all field activities.

Skills & Qualifications
Any experience with WebCTRL is a huge plus.

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Kennesaw, GA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $45.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
