Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites using Python and Selenium for HVACR control and monitoring applications.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams in Agile sprints to define test plans, acceptance criteria, and defect resolution workflows.
- Execute regression, integration, and performance tests, analyze results, and report findings to stakeholders.
- Integrate test automation into CI/CD pipelines, ensuring seamless delivery and continuous quality.
- Document test cases, test data, and test results in a clear, reproducible manner.
- 3+ years of QA experience in software or embedded systems, preferably in industrial or climate‑tech domains.
- Proficiency in Python, Selenium Web Driver, and SQL for test automation and data validation.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, CI/CD practices, and version control (Git).
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
- Experience with test management tools (e.g., Test Rail, JIRA) is a plus.
