Transdev in Kennesaw, GA is hiring a Driver/Operator to facilitate classroom and behind‑the‑wheel training to drivers. We are seeking customer service‑oriented professionals who are dedicated to safety.
CBA Position- Pay $22.50 per hour under the Union Collective Bargaining Agreement.
- Starting pay $22.50 per hour with progression to $24.90 per hour.
- Vacation: up to 14 days per year.
- Paid Sick Leave: 8 hours monthly for full‑time employees, 5 hours monthly for part‑time employees.

- Provide classroom and behind‑the‑wheel training to new drivers.
- Maintain required training documentation and completion for compliance with state certification, company policies, and district, state & federal requirements.
- Perform additional safety program responsibilities such as accident investigation, forms compliance, and safety meetings.
- Other duties as required.
- Valid Class A or B CDL with Passenger Endorsements for a minimum of 2 years.
- Minimum 2 years' experience driving a Commercial Motor Vehicle (CMV).
- 1 to 3 years transportation & safety experience.
- Knowledge of federal and state safety rules and regulations.
- Subject to DOT drug testing and physical if applicable. DOT Regulation 49 CFR Part 40 does not authorize the use of Schedule I drugs, including cannabis, for any reason.
- Must be able to work shifts or flexible work schedules as needed.
- The employee is generally subjected to long periods spent sitting, typing, or looking at a computer screen.
- Work environment will be a combination of both indoors and outdoors.
