Part-time, hands-on role supporting warehouse organization and rental order staging, including loading/unloading, local deliveries and pickups, and returns processing (lifting up to 40 lbs with occasional event/venue support).

Pay: $18/hour (hourly)

Table Made is a curated tabletop rental studio serving weddings, corporate events, and editorial shoots across the Southeast and beyond. We handle premium tabletop rentals and logistics for beautiful events, and we’re looking for a reliable, hands‑on Delivery & Warehouse Assistant to help keep orders moving smoothly.

This is a physical, fast‑paced support role. You’ll be part of the team that stages, loads, delivers, returns, and organizes rental inventory so events run on time and items stay protected.

Warehouse & Order Staging

• Stage orders for upcoming events (pull, count, and organize rentals)
• Pack and secure inventory for transport using established procedures
• Help maintain a clean, organized warehouse (shelving, labels, zones)
• Assist with returns: unload, sort, and reset items into proper areas
• Flag damaged or missing items to the Operations team

Delivery & Pickup Support

• Assist with loading and unloading delivery vehicles
• Support local deliveries and pickups as scheduled
• Follow handling standards to protect fragile rentals (glassware, china, flatware)
• Use checklists to confirm counts and order accuracy
• Communicate timing updates to the team during delivery/pickup days

Event Support (as needed)

• Assist with load‑in/load‑out at venues
• Support on‑site execution tasks as assigned (set staging, breakdown support)
• Help locate and retrieve remaining rentals at the end of events when needed

• Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs repeatedly
• Must have reliable transportation to the warehouse and job sites
• Valid driver’s license preferred
• Comfortable working weekends, occasionally depending on delivery schedules
• Dependable, punctual, and able to follow processes
• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment and at event venues
• Event, warehouse, moving, catering, or delivery is a plus

• Part‑time, schedule varies based on event calendar
• Mix of weekday shifts and occasional weekend shifts
• Most shifts are scheduled in advance (with some flexibility needed during busy weeks)

• You’ll work with a team that moves fast and supports each other
• You’ll stay active and hands‑on (no sitting at a desk all day)
