Position Overview

As a Warehouse Associate, you will keep operations running smoothly by receiving, organizing, and safely loading materials with precision and pride. Join a fast‑paced, hands‑on team that values integrity, reliability, and career growth.

Responsibilities
  • Customer Service & Product Knowledge – Provide service to customers entering the warehouse and maintain a high level of customer focus in producing quality products and services.
  • Maintain a full understanding of all products by identification, weight, and size.
  • Warehouse Operations & Maintenance – Perform minor building maintenance when necessary, receive, organize, and move incoming materials, load outgoing materials, allocate and move materials to the correct place, and maintain an orderly warehouse.
  • Maintain packing specifications and make suitable skids/pallets.
  • Participate in monthly and/or annual physical inventories.
  • Safety – Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment, follow all safety protocols and OSHA requirements, use proper lifting techniques, and wear appropriate personal protective equipment.
  • Training – Attend and participate in all required company training programs.
  • Physical Requirements – Frequent use of hands and arms for equipment operation, occasional operation of forklift or similar equipment, occasional pushing, pulling, lifting, or carrying approximately 100 lbs. utilizing proper lifting procedures. Additional physical requirements may be needed as duties are assigned.
  • Miscellaneous – Support our values in the areas of Safety, Customer Focus, Teamwork, Integrity, and being a Company of Choice for both employees and customers.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Building supply warehouse experience strongly preferred.
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience and/or training.

The listed pay range reflects the expected base rate for this position; actual compensation may vary based on factors such as experience, qualifications, and cost of living in the assigned market. This is a full‑time position with competitive pay and benefits.
