Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and detail‑oriented Warehouse Associate to support daily operations at our Lithia Springs, GA shop in the Kennesaw GA area. This position is responsible for a variety of warehouse functions including receiving shipments, organizing inventory, preparing orders, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
Key Responsibilities- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming deliveries to verify accuracy and condition of items.
- Accurately pick, pack, and stage orders for customer delivery or transfer.
- Stock materials in designated areas and maintain organized inventory throughout the warehouse.
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently, including frequent mounting and dismounting.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness by removing trash, sweeping, and organizing materials.
- Prepare shipping labels and documentation for outbound orders.
- Ensure products are labeled and stored according to company standards.
- Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits as needed.
- Comply with all company safety policies and procedures, including proper use of PPE and equipment.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record required.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
- Forklift certification is a plus.
- Self‑motivated, punctual, and dependable with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions and work independently or as part of a team.

Physical Requirements- Must be able to regularly lift, carry, and move items weighing over 50 lbs.
- Frequent bending, stooping, standing, and walking throughout the workday.
- Repeated mounting and dismounting of forklifts or other equipment.
Work is performed in a warehouse setting and may include exposure to varying indoor and outdoor temperatures, dust, noise, and other standard warehouse conditions. Must be able to work in a fast‑paced environment with shifting priorities.
