Warehouse Associate

Overview

At Endries, our Warehouse Associate primary goal is to get shipments accurately counted and out the door to customers on time. Our team is growing, and we’re looking for individuals who want to help us with process improvement to service customers in the most efficient way possible. We welcome those who enjoy troubleshooting and finding new solutions.

• Pick, package, and ship orders in a clean, organized environment.
• Ensure shipments are accurately counted and sent to customers on time.
• Assist with process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency.
• Perform basic math, data entry, and lifting of packages up to 50 lb as needed.
• Learn to operate a forklift; forklift training may be provided.

• Starting wage: $16.00 per hour.
• Skill block program with opportunity to earn up to $1.25 more per hour as you learn additional skills.
• Productivity bonus paid out every pay period.

• 18 years of age or older.
• Strong attendance record.
• Basic math, reading, and writing skills.
