What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Follow up with current customers to ensure satisfaction and upsell additional services
  • Make outbound calls to potential business customers to present communication packages
  • Maintain accurate customer data in the Sales Force system to provide high-level customer service
  • Utilize product knowledge to assist customers and demonstrate the value of switching to the employer's services
  • Problem-solve and provide solutions to encourage customer commitments
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • A proactive approach to customer interactions and sales
  • Previous outbound telemarketing experience in a call center is preferred
  • Outgoing personality with the ability to guide conversations and close sales
  • Three to six months of related experience and/or training, with a preference for candidates holding an Associate's degree or higher
  • Strong commitment to customer service and community support

  • Experience in a sales-oriented role with a focus on customer satisfaction
  • Familiarity with telecommunications products and services
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
