- Make outbound calls to potential business customers to present communication packages
- Maintain accurate customer data in the Sales Force system to provide high-level customer service
- Utilize product knowledge to assist customers and demonstrate the value of switching to the employer's services
- Problem-solve and provide solutions to encourage customer commitments
- A proactive approach to customer interactions and sales
- Previous outbound telemarketing experience in a call center is preferred
- Outgoing personality with the ability to guide conversations and close sales
- Three to six months of related experience and/or training, with a preference for candidates holding an Associate's degree or higher
- Strong commitment to customer service and community support
- Experience in a sales-oriented role with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Familiarity with telecommunications products and services
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous experience in a fast-paced environment
