Summary:
The Student Support Dean serves as a support to overall student success. This position will assist the principal in the delivery of all aspects of total school program. This position manages daily student behavior systems, crisis response, attendance, and family communication while supporting students through decision making and conflict resolution. The Student Support Dean actively supports all school and District policies.
The focus is on engaging, supporting and empowering students, in order to improve communication and build long-term, meaningful relationships with all families resulting in more parent involvement and student success.
