Visiting Nurse Association of Southeast Missouri is recruiting a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide skilled hospice care in patients’ homes and other settings as assigned. The role includes nursing observations, medication reconciliation, and documentation in the EMR.
The LPN will participate in IDG meetings, coordinate with the RN and Hospice physician, and uphold CMS guidelines while delivering compassionate end-of-life care in community environments.
